Mission Statement
The mission of the PGBA is to support business owners of Pleasant Grove by providing a network to keep members informed, solve problems, assist in recruiting businesses, and help create and implement a business vision for Pleasant Grove City.

Membership
Membership shall consist of representatives of business, service and government entities legally operating within the City of Pleasant Grove. Non-Pleasant Grove business owners may be members of the PGBA.

Alliance Organization & Committees
The Alliance is developing smaller councils to address specific needs of specific geographic areas and/or interests. They include:
- Downtown Business Council
- Major Employers Council
- State Highway Business Council
- Home-based Business Council
- Business Advisory Council
- The Grove Business Council (to be formed at a later date)

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the governing body of the PGBA. The officers - President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer - are elected by the Board during the December Board meeting. These officers serve for one year and assume leadership in January. Participating members of the PGBA may apply or be nominated to serve on the Board of Directors.

There is no fee to join or register with the Pleasant Grove Business Alliance. When you submit a registration form it will add you to the email list so you will receive notification of upcoming activities, events, and promotional information of PGBA and its members. Meetings: General membership meetings are held monthly on the second Friday in the basement of the Pleasant Grove Library. The meeting begins at 12:00 PM. The meeting is free to attend. To help you better reach out to the community and other Pleasant Grove businesses, we offer businesses marketing opportunities through the PGBA. We have three levels of memberships: Basic (no charge), Silver ($120 per year) and Gold ($500 per year).
